I am closing on a 32-unit apartment complex in about 3 weeks in East Dallas, TX but I’m having a very hard time finding a Property Management Company.Current PM is not doing a good job so I need new management.Can someone please help me with PM Company recommendations in this area?

"Motivated seller leads" is a sweet little keyword I would go after.Or D4D, CC, DMM, Bandit signs.. all juicy keywords.Now you do the same thing for motivated sellers.

And a lot more complexity and use of your time if you're not really well-organized posted by @Jeff Oberts:Are there any items within the home that you'd suggest we provide that may be specific to a lake home? 

It's just that syndication as a term has been hijacked in this market for a single product.It its pure form syndication is really just a bunch of folks pitching in to purchase and manage an asset (whether race horse, oil well, or apt complex).  

It's occupied by a longtime tenant who's super sweet and nice so I'm also conflicted on this front.U3 - is currently occupied by a voucher holder but it's paying slightly above market rent and the gov is always on time with their payment.In the short term I'm planning to keep both tenants and switch them over to a new lease with a $50 increase.  

Most apartment complexes out here go up to 3 bedrooms 2 baths so people renting are looking for bigger. 

G) 60 days until closingH) Allow for a day for contractors to come and bid on projects before closing.I) Allow for a day to advertise rentals and show prospective tenants rooms before closing.J) Able to see all units vacant or not.K) Allow interviewing of available, current tenants.This is a big apartment complex purchase so I think these are rather justified.
