Other specialized asset classes there are lot's of syndicators just usually not on Bigger Pockets.

Only reason I would consider a bigger increase is if I really didn't care to keep the tenant.

Businesses have Customer Relations departments because they have a bigger vision of business than you do, not because the contracts they have with their clients are not enforceable. 

And as for your #2, you are right, specifically the Bigger pockets podcast, hence why I use their forum to ask questions. 

Bigger Pockets has allowed me to see that in a numbers driven game, there are still lots of great people, you just have to find them.
