For several years I have purchased rental property with my Self Directed IRA.I'm 67 and would like to start taking a property a year out of my IRA as a distribution.Does anyone know of a company or an Appraisal Firm that specializes in Valuations of IRAs like this?

Appraisal came in lower, appraiser thought they were helping vets by trying to depress market, they weren't helping.

My agent gave me my lender and although I shopped around and spoke with other lenders, the local bank had the appraisers and the connections to get everything done and keep cost down.If you have any questions are comments please let me know.

I did attempt to refinance out of my current househack / FHA loan last month (so I could househack again) however the appraisal came in way too low for it to make any sense.

This is in order to complete the renovations as fast as possible, so we (or I) can do well with the appraisal & then rent (BRRRR) since I am going to buy most property with hard money.
