If you don't want to buy books, you can always pirate them (I don't recommend this, but life is full of choices)..I am a strong advocate for free education.

For instance, it advocated for opening up more areas to ADUs or carriage houses. 

The city council now have 4 very staunch tenant rights advocates on board with decades of experience in that field and they have vowed to swing the pendulum all the in favor of tenant.....

I can see a future where most of the city is zoned to allow ADUs, people start loving them and then most turn into Airbnbs, prompting outcry from neighbors and affordable housing advocates and the city responds by prohibiting Airbnb in those carriage houses.

Hi @Julie Verardi I am a big advocate for LLCs, I think they offer much better protection than any insurance policy could, but everyone is right that if you are buying single family properties, a lot of lenders will only underwrite commercial loans to LLCs, which is not a big deal, but does come with some extra up front costs initially.

So I am hoping that my phone will be blowing up over the next couple days with people needing to sell me their houses (hahaha!).
