I have been trying to generate a strategy to acquire properties through tax liens.

We have qualification and don't need to use owner financing, but are definitely interested the advantages that can come along with it.What creative financing routes could we use to allow us to acquire these properties while minimizing the sellers tax implications?

Your purchase agreement should ideally include some sort of verbiage along the lines of "seller will allow access to house with 24-hour notice" or similar.As far as "how" you share this info, here is how I do it.
