I have heard many different arguments from month-to-month, 6 month, 1 year, etc.The property has a pool/hot tub also that we wouldn't mind allowing access to the tenants, within reason.

Sometimes appraisals include garages and sometimes sq ft is simply based on running a tape on the outside of the house and sometimes it's based on running the sq ft of each space.

I think the lack of vehicular access means there’s a whole chunk of the market that is taken out, which would be the wealthier vacation home types that don’t want to deal with getting on and off the island.

Anyone in this space, i would love to learn what you know or atleast love to speak on this space with you as I know it’s best to speak with someone actively doing it.
