I am getting a short-term lease while I get to know the city and save up some money.

Is there a certain equity % that LA investors use when looking at property, since the values are much different here then other cities and counties?

Anyone have experience in this area of the city?

The answer is, the town/city/state make the rules.If you actually intend to live there, then sign the affidavit and get to it.

Hi all, i am looking for a way to find sales volumes by zip code and city.

Market is hot and while other cities have less favorable returns, higher purchase prices .
