True that may happen but you also need to consider how many offers were accepted because of the simple contract where the deal may have been lost if the seller requested time for their attorney to review a complex contract, allowing other investors time to come make a better offer.If you do know which specific contingencies have caused the problems you know of, I would be interested in hearing them so I can include simplified versions of them in my contract

I try to limit my slovenliness if I have to be seen in public with my people - my wife, parents, or band mates - but beyond that my typical uniform is a pair of Russell athletic shorts, a Grateful Dead T-shirt and either no shoes, Birkenstocks, or a "fancy" version of Crocs.

That said, if the company domain name is extremely long, you won't want to use that as your primary address.I would recommend finding a shorter version of the company name and using that as your primary domain, but still keep the domain that is your full company name and just have it forward to the one you'll be primarily using.For example:- Let's say that your company domain is "thisismycompanyname.com"- You should also register something like "myconame.com"- Create email addresses for [email protected] and [email protected] Use the shorter name as your primary address, but have the longer one forward to the shorter one.This way, if someone doesn't know the shorter version of your company domain, they can always use the longer version and it will get to you.

My question is this, if the unit is only going to be for yourself and you have two choices that are the same in square footage, one being at the lowest price point and another being an upgraded version (bathrooms, living room, bedrooms, etc) that costs a decent amount more but looks a decent amount better due to the upgrades which one are you better off with if you are only looking to profit from appreciation?
