I would like to know, if you were to start all over again, no money, a brand new market, and had limited resources.

read  a lot there is great info here on the site... talk to a lot of people learn from there mistakes so you dont have to make them your self...I work in your area can be more then happy to chat with you..build a team around you  that you trust   ..

I wake up at 6, get to the sites, go to meetings, come home at 5 go to the gym, come back at 630, shower, eat, and by the time I sit down to do emails, marketing, instagram, mailers, BP, it's 2 am and it's time to sleep for a little bit.

When I check the county site it shows the the same address I have on my postcards

Hey guys, I'm trying to figure who the active investors in the Birmingham area, who my resources, and who my possible mentors could be.

I'm sure the buyer is an investor ... ask him if you can tag along on the deal and help out here and there ... check in on the job site from time to time and take pictures for him, run to home depot, etc.

The sites' research looks decent, and the inventory (at least on Roofstock) seems diverse and promising.
