In the event of a multiple offer situation, where the home owner seller would select which buyer, what is the difference to the seller if the offers are X, X+$100 and X+$50000?

I think Blackstone is now offering financing for multiple houses.

With that low of an amount I'm unsure how I would be able to purchase multiple properties, get renters in the door, and still make a profit?
