You do have to look careful at your comps and time on the market, as well as calculate your holding costs to see if it makes sense for you.The mayor and his staff are working hard at getting the City of LA up to speed with technology, which is NOT an easy task considering the very old computer systems running in all 80+ departments and sub-departments in this city.

:) Or, at least, compare the meter reading now to the one from the last time you paid the bill, and then judge that against "normal" usage for however many people live there.If you're on really good terms with the local fire department, and maybe if this house has a garage in the basement, they may be able to help you pump that pool out.

Hi everybody, Im a newbie and never had anything to do with real estale.I'm 23 and a software engineer and I've decided I need to do something with my income.I save around 80% after taxes so my savings are growing up quite impressive.I live in Israel so my first thought was to buy an apartment in Beer Sheva.I have read the untimate begginers guide... and yet I'm not confident not sure what to do first.The city is growing fast (I know a guy who knows a guy, who bougth a department for 75K and now it worth around 110K).
