Hello BP!

I had an interesting experience again today with another 'vacant' house.  The house had been recently broken into and vandalized and the owner was unaware(MOTIVATION!).  Anyway, the officer that responded to make a report for the owner is the same officer I have run into at two other properties.  We remembered each other, he knows I am an investor, and I have purchased those other properties and put tenants in them.  He is hoping I buy this one as well.  

From now on this officer is going to call me when he runs across these vacant properties, 2-3 a month on his account!

Check in with your local PD or any officers you know.  They will be happy to funnel the leads to you!
