Nice enough guy and he was aware that the house was scheduled for auction but said that he had a federal lawsuit against the foreclosure company (McCalla Raymer) and that the house shouldn't have gone to auction.Apparently McCalla Raymer was accused of robo-signing foreclosure documents and the homeowner is pursuing this accusation as a defense.

LPMI is just baking that cost into your interest rate pricing.It amortizes it over the course of the loan which is lower payment for the first few years, which is great for helping you to compound your returns.

The reason for that is to use as a defense in your case that the covenant would have been drafted with the alternate language if the intent was to restrict STR.

The first appointment I had with a notary was on time, within a day of getting a pre-approval but I made the mistake of asking the notary a question which in their defense it does say in the beginning not to, but the notary canceled everything out and ask me to get my questions answered and reschedule.

Financial hardship is not considered a valid defense against the suit: Either you pay or you go.Since we're talking rentals here, I don't recommend you doing major kitchen rehabs, particularly not long-distance.
