One person asked us if we had club seats when we invited them to a football game the other day (we don't) and a few weeks ago during a play date a friend asked us how much money we make (ridiculous). 

There are consumer protection laws in place which says they do have to release this information to a Trustee or the heirs, but they will play dumb so they can rack up the late charges prior to giving you the payoff amounts.

The truth was I could have gone higher, but my offer was also weighed on how much liquid cash I had in the bank to play with.

If you play the victim, you will be a victim of society, of government, of your circumstances, of your upbringing.

This is where strategy comes into play: How much are you getting it for?

Include capital expenses and maintenance, which will be higher than average for an older house and lower than average for a brand new house.  

With any investment there are tons of variables at play.

We range from brand new  never done a deal, owning multi unit buildings, multiple buy and holds, and multiple fix and flips per year.
