It’s an estate sale, there’s no mortgage balance, and the relatives are not local from what I understand. my hope is that they are not emotionally invested and just want the deal to close as planned in the next 2 weeks- **especially now that they will have photos and knowledge they will not want to disclose to another potential buyer.
