If you shop around you should be able to find one that works for you.  

But the crazy American system of FICO and loan qualification requires you to have a SSN.I hope this helps.

Shop your insurance, you may save enough to take care of the servicing fees.You need to know what the seller's position is to solve their problems. 

And if you're over market, to me, you run the risk of people scraping by deciding they should shop for a cheaper place.  

We meet in Collinsville once a month at the American Legion Post.

Others may think you are not worth the time as you are just window shopping at the moment.Just like you do not owe it to any particular agent to be their client no agent owes you anything in regards to satisfying your need to see the properties.

I would continue to connect with other local members here on BP and start shopping your deal around.

But my long term goal is to become a one stop shop for all types of investment needs.
