New Wholesaler Looking For Buyers
Hello, my name is Daniel. I am a new wholesaler in Charlotte, NC and in the other surrounding areas. I have properties under contract just struggling to find buyers. I have one 2 bedroom 1 bath for sale for $8,000. No repairs necessary to the house itself. It's literally move in ready. The house just has to be moved from the property it's sitting on. Is this a good deal? It has new siding, carpet, window, and the kitchen is practically new. It comes with a heat pump and air conditioning unit. I just really want to make a impression on some buyers to let them know I am the real deal. What's the best way to find, and stay in touch with the buyers? I am really looking to build close relationships with buyers that I can depend on, and they can depend on me to.
