I have mostly finished "street appeal" remodeling, and still have a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel ahead (pending this advice). 

Not the most walkable area, but close to shopping and would probably appeal to 25-40 yr old couples or roommates...

Or maybe visualize a single hose being used to put out a forest fire.

The property needs about 5-10k in rehab and curb appeal and another  10k in finishing.

New construction or homes that are only a few years old appeals to us because they require minimal maintenance.

The FHA 203k is definitely very appealing to me as well!

It is becoming more and more appealing each day!
