Hello,We recently purchased a rental property and created a domestic limited liability LLC (two members - my spouse and I).

She decided to combine two rooms to make a gorgeous master and a "pocket office", versus keeping the 4th bedroom.  

My sister in law and husband recently moved to LA into a single family home which is broken out into two units (upstairs and downstairs). 

I assured her that she was liable for the property according to two different attorneys and sent her the documents. 

Once this last deal closes I'm going to be at 9 doors in less than a year.
