Am a newbie, with a career as A Professional Truck driver.

Would this change your life in anyway (family, career, etc) or would it mean you're able to save more? 

I currently work full time and next year when I transition careers I plan to become an agent.

Want to find the right place to go to further my career and step my game up as well .

I too am at the beginning stage of my career, but have a TON of resources and a huge circle of friends/fellow investors.Lets get together sometime and grab a coffee and chat!

and it was fun.. and I said if you have the gumption to do what I am telling you and you take control not the other way around.. your career will change from not so much fun and no control to one that becomes fun .. and done right the buyers and sellers have no clue our controlling them.. but you are. 

Right now I work in a dirty, dangerous environment that is hazardous to health, so I want to transition into a new career and I really like the idea of commission based sale, love real estate, and plan on investing in the future I figure becoming a Realtor is the natural choice.

After graduating in 2 years, I plan on moving to SF to pursue a career in art.

So not sure whether it is retirement, or another job, or full time RE investor career or something else.

And you can go an entire successful 30 year career without ever learning it.The only "workaround," assuming the tax code is being followed and everything is accurate there, is finding a new lender, one you have some reason to believe is more competent in this very specific niche.... you don't go to a general ear/nose/throat doctor if you need brain surgery.
