They make their money when you close.Were the comps in a distressed situation or just comparable in size, style, location, etc.?

They would have to have major change in their life style in order to do so, and most will not or can not do that!

We have one 6-unit place that is not split out and would be cost prohibitive right now, and we really have to work our numbers carefully to ensure that we don't lose our shirts on the heating.
