Installing a ventilation fan is still the better solution but vent it through the side wall or the roof. not the soffit. 4.Glass blocks are good and permanent solution but can be expensive.

Just as Mike and Chris mentioned, remember the opt-in is just one step in the "funnel".Something to keep in mind, is this, if someone should opt-in, give them something of value in exchange - and most people that are on the internet are looking for information or a solution to a problem.

Hello @Robert Fiacco,Instead of a specific property type, I believe investment properties should be selected based on the following criteria:• Sustained profitability - The property must generate a positive cash flow today and into the foreseeable future.• Likely to appreciate over time - While you should not buy a property only for future appreciation, appreciation is very desirable.
