People with pets have a harder time finding a place to live - survey your area on Craigslist and count percent of places that have no pet policy.Point being, it's a ripe market to target with a few safeguards (suggested above) put in place.

They do that in the forums through the memberships and by giving access to lots and lots of people who are interested in RE to people who make their living off of people who are interested in RE: agents, wholesalers, turnkey, syndicators and the like, all who will pay lots of $$ to get their product in front of eyeballs.

I am going to keep a separate business checking account for these activites and will use it strictly to get gas to drive to property, deposit rents, pay mortgage, drive around for properties, reia memberships, repairs, etc.
