You’re doing the classic newbie mistake by getting caught up in the “what if’s” and the “how’s”… Just go out there and do your first one, you’ll be surprise how much ******** you have to go through but then as you keep going it gets easier and easier and you meet more and more people and then lenders and (potential) partners will be calling you begging to finance your next deal.
