Doing cost segregation in year 1 and selling the same property in year 2 makes me question the competence if your syndicator.

I also had an idea, what if after I buy the first investment property and do a cash out Refi.

Unfortunately I don't and I do feel more comfortable gathering the data and doing the analysis myself regardless so I was wondering if there are tools to help me do it faster.
