For section 8 housing, I've found references that a living room can be used as 'sleeping area' and qualify for occupancy requirements/limits.

I was hoping you guys could critique this because most of this im sure is wish washy. but here it goes...Iv begun an internship as an assistant property manager at a section 8 housing complex ( so a little different than normal tenants and processes) however at the end of my 6 months im hoping to know a little more about the realities of PM.

Tenants become scarce, some drop rates,  defer maintenance, and others enroll in section 8...  

For purposes of this section, the term owner of record shall not include any person who claims a homeowner’s property tax exemption on any other real property in the state of California....D.

In my humble (and often worthless) opinion, it's the colors and finishes of a house that give it that classic feel (or that modern feel) vs. the sectionalization (new word perhaps) of rooms.

That is nuts as many of these buildings are in junky areas or off the main corner.

However, the Ironbound section seems to have plenty of MFs and a stable stream of renters. 

I have another property of similar size where the seller had to do foundation repairs before our loan would go through and they spent 25k just on repairing some sections (that was a top dollar contractor for our area, other folks thought it could have been done for $10k).
