I would search the web for HELOC's I have seen offers for up to 125% again so the lending is getting loose like before 2007   

I would bet the MLS has good deals you just need to spend more time searching and act quickly. 

My parents have offered to let me live at home to save up for a house, which I may or may not take, depending on how successful my search for a house to hack goes!

This is stressing me out, my score is a 580 right now and I'm doing all I can to fix it, get my cash flow minimized, get a down payment funded, and start the search for the best deal I can possibly find. 

I ended up analyzing 32 properties mostly in Humboldt Park where the search results seemed most prominent and I eventually contacted a realtor.

I have tons of equity and looking to cash out for other investments.I really just began my search for a lender I have used other lenders in the past with great success and I can go back to them.

Not sure why the callout isn't working but he'll come up if you search BP for his name.

We weren't reaching anywhere near our marketing budget and the determination was that there just wasn't enough people searching for "sell my house fast" type keywords in our area.
