I'll contact Victor.The 10k is what I guesstimated for the bathroom because it exists but is not finished (somewhat functional but with concrete floor and walls).

I provide a safe, clean, functional home, quality customer service, responsive maintenance, simple expectations, and good communication.

However, the time difference between when they discovered that human in their house (August 29) and the time the Sheriff's Office will start functioning again (due to the long holiday weekend) may make it a month or slightly over it...

We use that property to visit family frequently but keep all 4 bedrooms in rotation including whole home.

The bathrooms are actually in overall good condition and don't seem to be in need of a remodel to make them more functional.

I do pay a monthly QBO subscription fee, but it seems worth the money given this additional rent collection perk (along with the normal functionality you’d expect like bookkeeping, a CRM tool, etc.)
