Industry still looks at STR as a bit riskier than LTR cause there's no lease.Lots of investors use bridge loans which are short term loan programs that include funding toward the acquisition plus funding toward the rehab.

Would really appreciate the advice. before renovating the property, just want to confirm that you ran a title report on this property and there are no other liens.At an upset sale other liens are not wiped out, recently saw someone buy a home at upset sale that had $100k owed on the property and they did not realize it.
