I have an RV Park that is attached to one of the self storage facilities and that is one reason I like it so much is there is income coming in throughout the month.It would seem to me also by billing on the anniversary date would increase the speed of cash into the busienss, since you would be billing for a full month rent when a new unit is rented instead of prorating it.

Interested in investing a little extra $$$ on the front end with the hope of getting higher quality tenants and fewer maintenance headaches. 

I really like to actually talk to a prospect.A fair number of prospects are very poor quality also, but I guess that's another issue.

You want to search syndication and get up to speed on the laws and requirements.Returns structure will vary depending on the investors goals, the deal, your experience etc. 

Also, if boomers with large homes wanted to downsize, there's fierce competition to buy high-quality smaller homes anyway so it probably doesn't sound so appealing.  

And by doing the renovation, I know the quality of the work.
