Hi-I just put my third SFH rental under contract and when speaking to an insurance broker he mentioned I may do better switching from individual policies to one commercial policy, especially as I continue to add any other properties to my portfolio.

I'm just confused as to what the best business route is, in 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' Robert Kiyosaki preaches the benefits of having a corporation, but I guess I don't really understand the benefits of LLC, Sole, and Corp in regards to Real Estate, any guidance in laymen terms would be really appreciated.2.
