For products catering to the middle/upper-middle class, you're not going to find such low-hanging fruit in any major market. 

I like it because I can pick up a house for <$100K.I am also considering rehabbing and doing Section 8. 

I know where my properties are, if a 2 bedroom apartments rents for $1000/m i can not go in there and raise above the market or ask $1500/m off the bat, i will never get it rented. better to stay with the market and keep it rented then lose the renter and not get anyone in there because you are too high. try and find a local real estate investment club and go to their meeting, pick some brains in your market to see what they do about rents.

It is a C class building - good and nice location for what it is, but primarily caters to lower income residents.

My tenant (tenant 2) in another unit just contacted me stating the tenants responsible for shoveling damaged her car while shoveling the driveway (tenant 1 apparently used the car as leverage to pick up the snow and scratched the other tenant's car in multiple places all down one side of the vehicle).

I guess the police contacted her next of kin in another state to come pick up the kid.Not trying to be selfish at all, but I'm not sure what my next steps are in this situation. 

The question is whether anyone has dealt with this and what they have done to manage the situation, not whether readers have opinions (informed or not) on language usage or neighborhood ranking systems and which class to invest in and how... 

if you are getting your CPA, you will need to take enough credits to get a masters anyway. you could take a bunch of simple classes just to get the credits, but i'm a strong proponent of learning something when you can. between those two, is the masters of accounting an MS, or an MBA with a concentration in accounting?

Or maybe just a bone to pick with agents as "Questions to self" would indicate.Agents always take the bait and argue with him.
