I was just wondering, for those of you that have done some wholesale deals, if you had a pre-packaged conract, like from a course or legal website or something, if you had to get the contracts (assignment, purchase) reviewed by your attorney, or if you just used them as is?

Maybe not with these cheapskates on this forum, though.When I go to any new area, I always look at real estate and a tour that included that with someone knowledgable would be fun.Unfortunately, I have no interest in Costa Rica, although if the package were cheap enough, I might consider it just for the vacation value.
