The building is the oldest stone warehouse in the city (was on the canal) and is on the River Front, though there is as separate parcel about 100' x 300' that is undeveloped and separates the warehouse from the river.

I don't suggest this path because it is akin to the frustration you deal with in negotiating a short sale with the loss mitigation department, but, it is possible despite what the guidelines say. 1st Rule of Real Estate Investing:"Improvise, Adapt, Overcome" (and never believe what they tell you is a guideline or policy because it often isn't carved in stone)

That being said, for me this is only a stepping stone.

We need to get organized and channel that anger directly to congress and the white house.

I have used MindJet for years.As Mr_Investor points out - it isn't for everyone it just depends on how you like to organize your thoughts and how you like to recall them later.

The data's already here....the real work in this would be researching the tens of thousands of posts to organize all of it.

If the owners or whoever may have a legal interest in the property still do not redeem once the notice to "Forecer Bar the Right to Redeem" is filed and placed in the legal organ, the Daily Report, they will have no more than 45 days afterwards to finally redeem that property, otherwise VESTA or whoever is the successful bidder, will get A SHERIFFS TAX DEED to that Property which is NOW legally owned by them--ALL Rights to Redeem have been forfeited at this point--- The new owners may then seek to get Title Insurance, keep it to own, rent, or plan to sell the property accordingly.
