If you could find a part time or summer gig as make ready person helping with apartment turn arounds, then that would be ideal, too, for a future landlord...of course, listen to podcasts in the car or when exercising..and if you have a target area, start studying the neighborhoods and listings.

You'll enjoy every bit of information you receive from reading blogs, forums to listening to the podcast.

My number one piece of advice is to load up a podcast app on your phone and starting listening to the BP podcast from episode one to the current while you are driving or whenever you have time.

I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcasts daily, looking at the webinars and bought a few books.

I am so ready to do this... at least I know I have been studying and reading and listening to pod casts and going to seminars and I started the real estate course.

You've only read books and listened to podcasts but never gotten instruction and are trying to learn it on your own?
