How about this.... there are teenagers in Pittsburgh that never saw their baseball team have a winning season in their entire life!

Like anything in life, I ask people who are experts in their field for advice then decide for myself which ones I will use in the end.

(Which is why I shared the rent raising thing above in hopes that someone else will avoid that mistake.)Next to getting married and having children it is the most exciting thing I have ever done in my life, better than piloting planes, skydiving, rock climbing, caving, etc...

Do not start married life with a foreclosure.

I have seen many NCND's in the last year or so that could fill a wharehouse and come to think of it none of them could close the deal if their life depended on it.

I extremely interested in Wholesaling, Property Management (rentals), and of course Development.I'm looking for any help I can get because where I come from its not very likely that you will do anything with your life, and I refuse to give into that.

If one of those guys gets crippled falling off your roof, and he doesn't have disability insurance, guess who gets to support him and his family for the rest of his life?
