@Scott M.So the tenants are applying for the ERAP, they’re behind on rent but also the previous landlord now is stating they used the tenants security deposit for par due rents.Is this allowed during covid, and then if the previous landlord doesn’t get back owed rent they should send me the security deposit then.Does this seem normal?

Winter normally isn't the best time to sell as the market is slower. 

We normally did land contract buy backs with the occupant. 

Don't be normal because normal is boring and easy and not how you make money in real estate.

Located in enfield 1 issue that i do see coming up is taxes i from MA and now in Ct and used to a normal w2 tax return i would really like to find a cpa or investor friendly tax pro to kinda go over how everything work to make informed decisions and threads or recommendations would be greatly appreciated
