If you're the type of person who needs structure, I'd suggest taking classes, but if you'd rather read a few hours every night and on the weekends, I'd suggest that self study route.

Is there a company or service you use that you can input the data and then have the owner paid on a monthly basis and it track the info in a similar fashion as if you were checking your online balance at a bank?

I had class all summer on the night of the TBREIA meetings but I plan on joining and going sometime this fall.

I called every bank in my area, spoke to the local credit unions, and I explored online too.I agree the insurance seems high.

I would think that on a Wednesday night, you may have not gotten the looks that you will receive going into the weekend (when most people have much more time).Post it to as many sights as you can, and re-evaluate on Sunday.
