As the Treasury continues to issue new bonds to fund Congress’ tremendous appetite for government spending, we should continue to see volatility in the bond market, and by extension, mortgage rates.

If they are all bundled into a single LLC, then it could create liability issues with other assets on something that big.I have clients that do both, but it really does become what you are willing to manage.

Only issue I’m having is there are only 2 parking spots out front.i’m looking to pick other commercial investors minds.

But I will say that Cody's stuff I am sure is accurate and its how you would go about tying up dirt and who to work with etc etc.. the issue is they are making it sound like 10 hours a week will make you millions.. 

We have trouble getting vendors and staff to go to certain parts of town, that's a bigger issue than if the office is willing to deal with the paperwork of section 8. 

What kind of issues might you foresee with this?

I mean I got one last week for a broken shower head but that’s kind of the sort of issues I usually run into.

I work with a lot of consulting clients that have this same issue for their midterm rental.
