I don't know what area you're looking for info on but I used to live in Bucks County and spent a lot of time researching this in Bucks Co.It was (at the time) found on the Bucks Co prothontary's website.

If not, just throw them a couple bucks because the accurate comp info is probably worth a lot more than the relatively small sum you would pay them for their time. 

Seems like it would turn into a “tragedy of the commons” situation (which I guess this whole thing is anyways) since one or two people bucking up and taking out the trash to get $3.50 Venmo’ed to them wouldn’t be that sweet.

Plus for me it really was about the guys and gals we played with.. as much as golf.. and of course there had to be betting not for huge money you know 20 to 50 bucks a round type thing but keep it interesting.  

But again, if you need to park a few million bucks somewhere, go for it, and let me know when you buy it so I c an check it out!

Thinking of buying next year, where would I see the most bang for my buck?

Even though you wont have the actual system it still acts as a deterrent for only a few bucks.  

We're nervous about over-rehabbing since we weren't able to buy for too low of a price and I'm not sure what will get the most 'bang for my buck'!

I ain't seeing it... the value in owning them seems to be that there is value in owning them and no one can see that you don't really own much for a couple million bucks.
