If you know of any other resources, I'd be extremely grateful.I would really appreciate any feedback and am even open to paying if someone wants to jump on a zoom and do a live analysis of a property in my marketplace (I hope that doesn't violate any rules on this forum).  

There should be a huge demand around that Norte Dame college area so it's very likely your rent is either way too high or the marketing avenues you've used aren't effective.I usually market my rentals through the Facebook Marketplace and Rentler so if you haven't used those resources yet, I'd recommend them.I also fully agree with @Shane Kelly and @James Wise that if you want to do this for a longer stretch of time, find buddies you like and make the house hack fun.  

I am a full-time wholesaler doing multiple deals every single month.Cash buyers are easy to find, doing something as simple as posting your deal here on the bigger pockets market place can get you deal purchased.

Check out consignment stores, Facebook market place and places like goodwill for some great finds as far a kitchen wares or decor, either where you live now or in coca beach.

It made more sense to change my marketplace altogether.Are there opportunities for investors in Buncombe county with these current conditions? 

I have looked around on craigslist, Facebook marketplace, roomies etc but I haven't tried this one yet.
