Mengrou, I do not know your market, but I bought and flipped a house last year that had foundation issues.

They're targeting credit card companies, banks, hotels, airlines, utility providers, food delivery service, restaurants, auto dealers, event ticketing companies, and last but not least, property management companies.

@Dave Van Horn I was thinking about this too, it looks like there are some nice filters that last about 10 years which aren't too expensive.

Cleveland is what I focus in, it's great market to focus on for cash flow and specific pockets have gone upwards of 2-4x in the last 5-10 years.

If you spend every dime earned each month, you will eventually find yourself in a bind when the roof needs to be replaced or a tenant trashes the property and leaves you with a $10,000 loss.

Since joining BP last July and listening to all of the podcasts, I've definitely caught the real estate bug.

Exactly  expecting private note funds to put out into the public their loss's is not going to happen anytime soon..

Also 4th quarter of last year Packwood and county officially did discuss potentially regulating STR's by either limiting numbers or adding a tax to cover increases in local services that are needed.
