Landlord does not report our on time payments to build our credit.

But not everyone wants to be a landlord/lady, and some really do get the technique and systems down for successful flips and become wealthy doing it.

If your goal is cash flow (in my opinion) you're better off trying to buy with owner financing (contract for deed - land contract, installment sale, mortgage wrap, promissory note with a first lien holder position on the trust deed for the seller (if they own it free and clear), or sub2.

Your option is to pay what is owed within this time period to avoid the next step (which would be for management to to file for the eviction through the court system).Look; if you're going to eventually be a landlord it is important to become familiar with the process of eviction. 

I believe, however, my landlords have no idea how much this house could be renting for.

I would like to buy the property from the owner but don't want to offer a bad deal and in the process anger/offend the landlord.
