I would encourage you to view them as your best customer, because when you're handed the keys over to them, you also entrust them with your biggest asset investment!!

I've found the key difference is that a 2 bedroom SFH will have 2 bedrooms, while a 3 bedroom SFH will have a 3rd bedroom.
