I hear the stories of credit unions working wonders and I make lots of calls but I guess I haven't found that kind of relationship yet. 

In a study from 2016, 70% of Americans said the believed mail was more personal than internet marketing.

Our credit scores are in the 700s and we are ready to go!   

@Kenneth LizIf you are doing the work and the repairs are under 15 grand I would find a way to borrow unsecured money through a famIily member , personal loan ,or a line of credit .

If it’s a TCS then that creates a whole different set of concerns (internet connectivity, available time, etc).

I have no debt other than student loans but unfortunately they have damaged my credit which I am trying to repair.

I'm going to go to my credit union and talk to their loan officer to get as many answers as I can, but I'm still at the point where I don't know what I don't know, so I'm hoping that some of you can provide me with questions or situations to ask the lender about that I may not know to ask. 

There is a plethora of information circulated around the internet and I am getting a little discouraged, and the saddest part is....

I am a local real estate agent with no money no credit and I work at a 9-5 job part time.

Will a Bank help me fund my first deal without any money ? Is there way to close a deal with $500? Can I just double close and pay from my commission and leave with 5,000$ profit for assigning a contract .?
