@Susan Maneck Yeah that's what the case worker mentioned since they would flag it as "fraud" for the tenant.

If it does happen, it's not pretty, but does it happen every time someone does it, definitely not. 3) It could be considered fraud because you sign documents with the bank that you will pay the loan when you transfer and because you sign documents that say you are the owner as an individual.

Legally it seems like that they are identical with LTR, just with a shorter lease term.
