Many of these travelers, particularly nurses don't like to share so if you are planning a shared environment you will likely get other health professionals.

In my opinion, that book was not worth the $20 or so that I paid for it.With that said, while section 8 does not expect you to provide A/C or dishwashers, they still hold you accountable for providing safe and clean environment for your tenants.

This works okay in a stable rate of claims environment, but when a larger percentage of people start filing expensive claims against homes, the rates must go up to ensure cap or prevent losses.
