I'm specifically trying to model self storage but I don't think the sector will matter. 

It has lots of potential (raised rent, units would be easy to improve, added utility fee, added attic apartment, added coin-op laundry, possibly added storage in basement), and it is a really great old building (brick-- rock solid-- used to be a convent!)

I would like to assemble a huge list of self storage addresses and, if possible, owner info.

It should be less for self-storage.

A local cabinet maker had them sitting in storage from a work order change.

The missing link that still needs to be developed is battery tech/storage.

What happens when you get a tenant that likes fresh air and leaves the windows open, but also likes the place warm and cranks the heat to 80*? 

There are also +/- 3000 sf of building on the property that is under utilized and will be converted to individual storage which will be leased to the public.

The neighbors will have to see a degenerating property for a while longer instead of a fresh, updated property.
