This was a major (and beautiful) remodel, and everything in the home was replaced - new A/C unit, new duct work throughout, new irrigation system in the backyard, new artificial turf in the front, new flooring, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, and designer features found throughout!

I make a two-hour appointment with our tenants to sign the paperwork, do the move-in checklist, and demonstrate the features of the home.

Is there a feature to this that would help or is the premium platform not a successful strategy for our biz.

Chapters 13-16 cover "Market Evaluation", and chapter 15 specifically covers 7 factors such as unemployment, population, job diversity, supply/demand, etc.They more or less read the book, or at least excerpts on some of the show episodes.

The ability to find this data is significantly enhanced if there is a bulk reporting feature (i.e. show me all duplexes in XYZ school district, sold prior to 1990). 

All these rentals in dumpy location value will fluctuate with economy or unemployment rates.
