Unfortunately, as a lender I find most people only look to buy when they absolutely have to, often it's when they have a growing family and don't want to rent out other rooms, or live in a one unit of a mult-family unit.

I'm new here and I would love to be part of the family.

My plan is to purchase single family homes and rent them out using the BRRRR method.  

Commercial is for business purposes.In most zoning, you have residential, multi-family or apartments, and commercial, but apartment use is not the same as commercial. 

Here is the lowdown:Purchased an investment single family home 2bed/1bath in North Park that was well under market value due to repairs needed and being built in 1928.

I have several small multi-families and work with Profit Realty for property management. 

The purchase price is very low, because it is currently an emty industrial building zoned single family, so it cannot be used as designed.

I have a family member who will be staying in the ATL area from May 5th to May 21st in the ATL area.
